Archdale Elementary recently welcomed families for its annual Holidays Around the World event, celebrating diverse cultures and holiday traditions from around the globe. As students arrived with their parents, they received personalized passports and official passport photos to begin their journey.
Throughout the school, families visited various “countries,” exploring unique holiday customs and traditions. Students engaged in hands-on learning through reading and art activities, gaining a deeper understanding of different cultures and the ways holidays are celebrated worldwide.
The event offered a fun, educational experience that fostered cultural awareness, creativity, and family participation, making it a memorable celebration for the entire Archdale community.
